Looks like a case of elephantiasis to me, which is a lymphatic disease cause by a parasitic worm left my a mosquito bite. It’s extremely rare (it’s considered a tropical disease) but if something rarely occurs you are a sure candidate for it to happen to

I WAS telling everyone that I kicked Einstein, but since he has been with me at most of my
“outings” and I am so banged up, people literally started questioning if I was abused. So the more off the wall story the better
